Revolutionizing Healthcare Messaging with 5+ Million Impressions

Nomi Health has been committed to simplifying healthcare since 2019, aiming to reduce the complexities and costs that can plague the U.S. healthcare system. Their response to the COVID-19 pandemic showcased their ability to efficiently deliver testing and vaccinations, demonstrating their potential to transform healthcare delivery and payment on a larger scale. 

Problem 

To enhance awareness and foster a positive perception of Nomi Health’s solutions, the OBI team created a plan to engage influential figures attending several events, most importantly, lawmakers and their aides at the National Governors Association (NGA) Winter Meeting. The challenge lay in effectively communicating the benefits of Nomi Health’s approach to a targeted audience amid a competitive landscape.

Approach 

Utilizing research on the attendees of each event and healthcare disparities, the team developed bold and innovative digital and out-of-home (OOH) ads. These ads highlighted low costs, no deductibles, increased access to care and reduced patient medical debt to deliver clever, succinct messaging that would speak to the target audiences at not just the NGA Winter Meeting, but the SXSW Conference, Hawaii Health Fair and HLTH Conference. 
For the NGA event, we employed a geolocation targeting strategy, focusing on a 1-mile radius around the perimeter, using tactics such as digital display ads, digital OOH, rideshare and taxi video, urban boards, retargeting, signage and on-site testing facilitated by Nomi Health.

Between January 25 and January 31, 2022, the campaign for the NGA event alone achieved 5.1 million impressions, leading to thousands of site visits. The strategic focus on hyper-local targeting effectively connected with the intended audience and reinforced Nomi Health’s commitment to transforming healthcare.
